AGCS to host Innovation Roundtable workshops on June 20 and 21, 2017.

As a part of our broader commitment to innovation, AGCS is a member of the Innovation Roundtable, and will lead two day long workshops on June 20 and 21.

The Innovation Roundtable is a network of innovation executives from more than 150 multinational companies which host events throughout the year on a wide range of innovation topics. The events enable AGCS and other members to learn about best practice from executive speakers, discuss innovation topics in detail and share experiences amongst the group.

Taking place in the AGCS offices in Frankfurt, the two workshops focus on key innovation related topics:

  • June 20, 2017 – Self Disruption: Business Model Innovation, Transformation, and Organizational Alignment
  • June 21, 2017 – Transformative Leadership: Leadership for Driving Innovation, Transformation and Culture Change

The workshops will be hosted by AGCS Head of Global Innovation Bettina Stoob, who, on the first day will focus on the need to strike a balance between evolution and revolution to transform business models. On June 21, Chief Underwriting Officer Corporate Hartmut Mai and Bettina Stoob will jointly present on the topic of “Building an Innovation Culture in a Traditional Company”.

In addition to AGCS content, a range of key industry figures from leading companies will also present, including Fujifilm on transforming itself as a company, BMW on mobility and digital business models, and others such as Michelin and General Electric. Active debate and dialogue is a core part of the workshops, with open roundtable discussions throughout.
