Fireman’s Fund Policies:
If you are a Fireman’s Fund policyholder, the following are your options for filing a claim. We also recommend that you contact your agent or broker for help and support when appropriate, and take the necessary steps to protect your property from further damage.
Online Claims Reporting
To file a claim electronically, please select the appropriate category listed below. If you submit your loss via the electronic loss report form, a confirmation will be presented to you once your claim has been submitted. An acknowledgement will also be sent to you via email containing your claim number.
Automobile For automobile claims, including glass.
General Liability For claims filed against you by another party (other than auto).
Professional Liability For D&O, fiduciary liability, employment practices liability or excess claims.
Property For buildings, inventory, loss of use or contents claims.
Marine For ocean marine, ocean cargo, hull or inland marine claims.
Workers’ Compensation For workers’ compensation claims.
