You are offered a selection of Core Plans, covering a wide range of in-patient and day-care treatments as well as other benefits such as medical evacuation, local ambulance and nursing at home. These Core Plans can be supplemented by a choice of Out-patient, Dental, Maternity and a Repatriation Plan. You can also choose your preferred geographical area of cover where you have the option between worldwide and worldwide excluding USA. This gives you the flexibility to select your combination of healthcare benefits and geographical region, making sure you get the cover that matches your personal needs.
 
Our international healthcare plans for Singapore are offered in partnership with Allianz Care, a specialised brand of Allianz Partners and part of the Allianz Group. Allianz Care supports the administration of the policy service while Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Singapore Branch is the insurer for these policies.

If you need to find a medical provider in your country or abroad, you can access our convenient Medical Provider directory. Please click here to search for a medical provider in a specific country, region or city. Treatment Guarantee Form
Treatment Guarantee is required in advance of all in-patient and some out-patient treatments, as indicated by the notes 1 and 2 in your Table of Benefits. If you require any of these treatments, please download and complete the Treatment Guarantee Form and return it to Allianz Care. Following approval, cover can be guaranteed and, where possible, we will arrange to settle your bill directly with the hospital.

Claim Form
Whenever your medical provider confirms to you that your treatment can’t be offered on a direct settlement basis, you will need to pay your bill directly to your medical provider and then claim back the costs from us. In order to claim for your reimbursement, please download the Claim Form, then complete and return it to Allianz Care. Please note that reimbursements are subject to your plan’s benefit limits and terms.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Singapore Branch offers solutions of international health insurance for your employees and their dependants.

You are offered a selection of Core Plans, covering a wide range of in-patient and day-care treatments as well as other benefits such as medical evacuation, local ambulance and nursing at home.

For out-patient or dental treatment, you will need to pay your bill directly to your medical provider. You can then claim back the costs from Allianz Care, subject to your benefit limits. Please download and complete the Claim Form for small groups and for large groups and return it to us to claim back your medical expenses.
