Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty has an extensive global network of more than 100 property risk engineers that offers tailor made, customer focused risk engineering solutions.
These engineers are divided into account engineers and consulting engineers in order to maximize both the relationship and technical management of risks. Allianz Risk Consulting applies a consultative approach with our clients. We jointly explore the best options to prevent or reduce loss.
The account engineer is the single point of contact for clients who handles all your questions and concerns and oversees the inspection schedule. The account engineer also serves as an advocate and liaison between the client, consulting engineer and underwriter.
The consulting engineer performs a comprehensive field survey to help identify exposures that could affect our clients' business in the event of an unexpected loss.
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty applies a state-of-the-art risk assessment methodology which ensures global consistency. For each risk we match our account and consulting engineers' industrial experience with the account and risk under evaluation.
While we utilize National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards as our default, our engineers are also familiar with other internationally recognized standards. We do not believe in summary reporting unless that is what our client specifically requires. Consequently, we provide fully comprehensive reporting. Our engineers are skilled in the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
We provide best practice recommendations for the improvement of risk and work with our clients to ensure that these are tracked and completed in the most cost-effective ways.
Allianz Risk Consulting offers detailed business interruption studies as well as technical training and knowledge transfer.
