This consolidation means that current Fireman’s Fund policyholders and their brokers will benefit from the same focused insurance offerings, but with the added bonus of Allianz’s global reach and infrastructure.

Online Claim Reporting
To file a claim electronically, please select the appropriate category listed below. If you submit your loss via the electronic loss report form, a confirmation will be presented to you once your claim has been submitted. An acknowledgement will also be sent to you via email containing your claim number.

How do I request loss runs? For commercial policies, you can access loss runs through Agent Desktop. Under your Top Tools, select the “Commercial” tab and the “Loss Focus” application. Loss Focus allows you to search by policy number, customer number, or customer name, giving you the ability to run a generic claims summary or a more customized ad hoc report.
For Commercial policies not available in Loss Focus, please submit your request via email.
How do I view or print a policy? Through Agent Desktop, you can view and print policies using the Policy View Online (PVO) application under Top Tools.

How do I change a policy? You can submit your change request via email.
You can also contact your underwriter to make a change over the phone for a Commercial Lines policy.
What is the status of my quote/policy/change request? For any status requests, you can call us at 866.386.3932 and select Agent Option 5 to contact Support Central. You can also email us at any time.
Who do I contact for policy verification? To verify coverage or to update mortgagee information, you will need to contact the agent of record. This information can be found on the declarations page of the policy or by calling us at 866.386.3932 and selecting Financial Institutions Option 1 to contact Support Central.
