The Italy Branch Office of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty was established on December 1st, 2008. We are among the leading providers of industrial insurance solutions for large corporate groups in Italy and can offer our clients support and services in more than 150 countries worldwide via the international Allianz network.

Our team, about 50 people, is entirely focused on providing first-class, tailored underwriting services. We can offer our clients and brokers products in the following lines of business: property, liability, engineering, financial lines, aviation, marine, energy.

We can support our clients in implementing and handling international insurance programs; in addition, our team of dedicated engineers can provide technical expertise and risk management solutions.

We never forget that claims are more than just a financial obligation, they are the opportunity to repay the trust of our clients. Starting from January 1st, 2011 AGCS Italy will therefore have a dedicated claims team with high qualified staff and claims adjusters boasting many years of experience.

Our key account managers provide a single point of access to Allianz ensuring a structured approach to account support and service delivery. We have a network of more than 600 AGCS agencies distributed on the entire Italian territory. We serve more than 160 brokers (global, local and niche brokers).
